Product Features

Coatings formulated with Ara® Cool 1034 XW 90 are characterized by:

  • Extremely long potlife versus outstanding low temperature reactivity
  • Very low VOC (<10 % solvent) and better labelling versus existing products (ARADUR®115X70, ARADUR® 3467XW70) containing more than 20% Xylene
  • Outstanding Hardness development even at 0-5°C
  • Excellent flexibility, adhesion and corrosion protection on blasted substrates
  • The lower the hardener content, the better the chemical resistance
  • No induction time needed to eliminate blushing under adverse conditions (moist and cold)
  • Acceleration, particularly with Accelerator 2950, is very effective
  • Coat thickness has strong influence on dust drying
  • Ultra high solid anti corrosion hardener for cure down to 5°C
  • Extremely long pot life versus outstanding low temperature reactivity
  • SVHC-free
