Used along with suitable epoxy resins, ARADUR® 3243-1 presents the following features:

  • A relatively low level of viscosity making it easy to work
  • Favourable mixing ratio of 100 : 50 with resins like Araldite GY 250 and GY 783
  • Good curing properties with a relatively long working time
  • Good mechanical properties
  • Ggood all-round chemical resistance
  • Smooth, glossy surface with low tendency to water spotting
  • Light-coloured films.
  • Long potlife
  • Good yellowing resistance

ARADUR® 3243-1 is a hardener formulated without nonyphenol.

Application Information

In combination with liquid epoxy resins such as Araldite® GY 250, GY 783 and GY 793, ARADUR® 3243-1 is suitable for the production of solvent-free floorings, epoxy resin mortars and anti-corrosion coatings.

Storage Information

ARADUR® 3243-1 should be stored in a dry place, preferably in the sealed original container, at temperatures between 2 and 40°C. The product should not be stored exposed to direct sunlight. Shelf life (at storage temperature between 2 - 40°C) (see expiry date on original container) - 1 year at least.
