97 100 * 221 - 230 90 - 120 30 - 60
  • The amount of main components is given on parts by weight.
  • *Pot life and demoulding time are referred to the system without catalyst, ADDITIVE DALTOCAST® D5 can be used to adjust pot life and demoulding time.
Curing Information

POST CURING :

  • Do not allow excessive cooling of moulded parts between demoulding and post-curing.
  • A first annealing step of 16 hours at 90 °C is recommended.
Hardness (ShA) Temperature (°F) Time (hours)
Lower than 78 212 16
Higher than 78 230 16

Two annealing steps are recommended to quickly reach the best performances; let the material cool down to room temperature in between the post curing processes.
