- *Pot life and demoulding time are referred to the system without catalyst, ADDITIVE DALTOCAST® D5 can be used to adjust pot life and demoulding time.
- Curing Information
POST CURING :
- Do not allow excessive cooling of moulded parts between demoulding and post-curing.
- A first annealing step of 16 hours at 90 °C is recommended.
Hardness (ShA) Temperature (°F) Time (hours) Lower than 78 212 16 Higher than 78 230 16 Two annealing steps are recommended to quickly reach the best performances; let the material cool down to room temperature in between the post curing processes.
- Typical Properties
The purpose of the following table is only to provide indicative data about material properties. Typical properties are referred to samples prepared according to internal conditions and measured thirty days after post curing.
