EPOCAST® 1610-A1

EPOCAST® 1610-A1 epoxy syntactic is a very low-density, self-extinguishing, one-part compound with a long storage life at room temperature. It can be co-cured with composites at 250°F (121°C) and is ideal for replacing foam or wood blocks in honeycomb panels, offering high strength and no mark-off after curing.

Storage & Handling

Storage Information
  • Epocast® 1610-A1 should be stored in a dry place, in the sealed original container, at temperatures between +2°C and +8°C (+35.6°F and 46.4°F).
  • The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
  • Under these storage conditions, and when supplied under Huntsman standard certification, this product has a shelf life of 6 months (expiration date may differ based on customer specification).Material temperatures should be above 18°C (65°F) when mixing.
  • After use, tightly reseal containers.
