IROSTIC® M 8304 HV

IROSTIC® M 8304-HV is a polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) for hot melt adhesives. Key features include a very fast crystallization rate, low activation temperature, good heat resistance, short open time, and good initial peel strength.

Processing Parameters
  • Melt Volume Rate 170°C / 10kg ISO 1133-1 = 75 cm3/10min.
  • This IROSTIC grade can be used as a part of a reactive hotmelt system.
  • The processing temperature is 80°C.
  • Full bonding strength will be reached after 24 hours.

Storage Information

IROSTIC® M 8304-HV is supplied in boxes. IROSTIC® M 8304-HV has a minimum storage time of six months from the date of shipment, provided that the material is stored in a cool (10°C-25°C) and dry location, in its original closed packaging and protected from direct exposure to sunlight.
