- Matting Agent DT 3329-1 reduces the gloss of a high-gloss powder coating, it has no adverse effect on film properties. The addition of Matting Agent DT 3329-1 shows no yellowing, either initial or after overbake. Formulations containing Matting Agent DT 3329-1 show good long-term storage stability and excellent flow properties. Adding Matting Agent DT 3329-1 to PT 810 (TGIC) based systems produces no adverse effect on outdoor weatherability.

Matting Agent DT 3329-1 is added to the premix prior to extrusion. Achieving an optimal premix with the resin, hardener, pigment, and filler is important. The gloss level of a coating can be adjusted by changing the amount of matting agent in the formulation.

- Storage Condition
This product should be stored in a dry place, in the sealed original container, at temperatures between 2°C and 40°C (35.6°F and 104°F). Under these storage conditions, the shelf life is 3 years. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
