To determine whether cross-linking has been carried out to completion and optimal performance properties have been achieved, it is necessary to perform the relevant measurements on the actual part or to measure the glass transition temperature of the cured system. Different processing conditions and cure cycles in the customer’s manufacturing process could lead to a different degree of crosslinking hence, different glass transition temperatures.
