Tecnothane® MDE300 has been designed to be an all-purpose material for applications requiring high level of mechanical resistance with a good balance of dynamic properties. It fits well with many different applications, such as wheels or rollers operating in everyday applications.

Do not allow excessive cooling of molded parts between demolding and post-curing.
Hardness Temperature (°C) Time (hours) From 75 ShA to 60 ShD 90 16 For hardness ≤ 78 ShA it is recommended to wait 24 h at room temperature before the post-curing cycle.
For hardness > 93 ShA, two annealing steps are recommended to quickly reach the best performances; let the material cool down to room temperature in between the 2 post curing processes.

Storage & Handling
- Handling Information
- In order to allow complete melting, pre-heat materials at following conditions (melting times are referred to 200 kg drums,stored at 20°C)
Pre-heating temperature (°C) 75 Pre-heating time (hours) 16 - After pre-heating, make sure all materials are completely melted.
- Well mix melted material by drilling or rolling the drum
- Load materials to the machine immediately after mixing.
- Materials must be stored under nitrogen blanket after use.
