Tecnothane® MDE540E has been specifically developed for hand casting. It has been designed for applications requiring high level of mechanical resistance with a good balance of dynamic properties. It fits well with many different applications, especially static ones. MDE540E has been developed for heavy-duty applications where abrasion resistance and excellent mechanical properties are crucial.

Storage & Handling

Handling Information
  • In order to allow complete melting, pre-heat materials at following conditions (melting times are referred to 200 kg drums,stored at 20°C)

  • After pre-heating, make sure all materials are completely melted.
  • Well mix melted material by drilling or rolling the drum
  • Load materials to the machine immediately after mixing.
