SWP- series has been developed for performing in demanding and harsh environment, requiring a non- conventional combination of excellent mechanical properties and a very good resistance to hydrolysis, synthetic oils and gasoline, acid and basic environment, high temperature and UV light exposure. It fits best in static or continuous dynamic application requiring long-lasting material, such as heavy industry rollers, seals, belts and high performance engineering and robotics.

*Pot life and demolding time are referred to the system without catalyst, Tecnokat D5 can be used to adjust pot life and demolding time.- Post Curing Information
Do not allow excessive cooling of molded parts between demolding and post-curing.
Hardness (ShA) Temperature (°C) Time (hours) From 63 to 74 70 16 From 75 to 92 90 16 Higher than 93 110 16 For hardness above 93 ShA the best performance is obtained through 2 annealing steps. In this sense it is recommended to let the material cool down to room temperature in between the 2 post curing processes.
Packaging & Availability

- Packaging Information
- Materials are available in following packaging: 25, 50 or 200 kg
Storage & Handling
- Handling Information
- In order to allow complete melting, pre-heat materials at following conditions (melting times are referred to 200 kg drums, stored at 20°C)
Pre-heating temperature (°C) 75 Pre-heating time (hours) 24 - After pre-heating, make sure all materials are completely melted.
- Well mix melted material by drilling or rolling the drum
- Load materials to the machine immediately after mixing.
- Materials must be stored under nitrogen blanket after use.
