VITROX® WCM

VITROX® WCM (Wet Compression Molding) System is a polyurethane-based two-component technology, developed to create glass fiber-reinforced parts for battery top cover applications. This innovative resin system enables the development of composite lid structures that can achieve the required thermal resistance levels, while helping to reduce overall part weight compared to metallic cover alternatives.

Polymer Name: Polyurethane (unspecified)

Reinforcement Material: Carbon Fibers, Glass Fibers

Chemical Family: Polyurethanes (PU)

End Uses: Battery Cover, Panels
