DALTOPIR® HFR is commonly used in combination with SUPRASEC® 2085 polymeric MDI, to produce PIR foam for the manufacturing of composite panels by a continuous lamination process. When using DALTOPIR® polyol formulated system, panel producers can achieve a smooth PIR foam processing. Combined with a suitable process and panel design, the resulting composite panel with this specific PIR foam core helps panel producers to achieve both Reaction to fire and Resistance to fire classifications. Foam made with DALTOPIR® HFR 33354 polyol formulated system can be used for thicknesses ranging from 30 mm up to 200 mm, for both wall and roof profiles. To ensure long term adhesion and durability, the use of a primer is required.

DALTOPIR® XHFR is commonly used in combination with SUPRASEC® 2085 polymeric MDI, to produce high index PIR foam for the manufacturing of composite panels by a continuous lamination process. The polyol blend contains up to 20% recycled content as defined in ISO 14021 and can allow for smooth foam processing and reduced foam friability like conventional Huntsman composite panel systems.

DALTOPUR® FR is a fire-rated polyurethane (PUR) insulation technology designed to improve the manufacture and performance of composite sandwich panels.

DALTOPUR® polyurethane PUR insulation technology is developed to improve the manufacture and performance of composite sandwich panels offering systems across a variety of fire-ratings as well as systems with circular content. With a reaction profile optimized to allow easy foam processing, our DALTOPUR® foam technology can give panel producers the flexibility to quickly and efficiently manufacture different panel types. DALTOPUR® foam technology can deliver the required bottom adhesion and long-term durability required, without the use of a primer. Lambda values can be further improved through the choice of specific blowing agents.

RUBINATE® 1850 MDI Isocyanate is a high functionality polymeric MDI isocyanate, modified to provide a functionality greater than 2.7, exceeding the standard value for polymeric MDI. It is designed to offer improved performance, and formulators are advised to verify its suitability for specific end-use applications.

RUBINATE® M is a standard polymeric diphenylmethane diisocyanate.

TEROL® 1481 is modified aromatic polyester polyol.

TEROL® 256 is a modified aromatic polyester polyol.
