ARALDITE® 5865 A/B epoxy adhesive is a two-component, room temperature curing paste that exhibits high strength and toughness. The product is thixotropic and features good chemical resistance for use in harsh/aggressive environments. ARALDITE® 5865 A/B epoxy adhesive is suitable for bonding electrical components, insulation sheets, and other parts requiring elevated temperature performance.

ARALDITE® CW 229 / ARADUR® HW 229-1 is a liquid, heat-curing two-component epoxy casting system containing mechanically reinforcing fillers. This system is readily processed into a resilient polymer with excellent mechanical and electrical characteristics. The cured product exhibits exceptional resistance to thermal cycling as well as thermal endurance properties, making it suitable for 200°C applications. This system is recommended for the manufacture of electrically insulating components and for use as electrical insulation for indoor medium and high voltage applications, including SF6 insulated types.

ARALDITE® CW 229-3 / ARADUR® HW 229-1 is a liquid, brown, hot-curing two-component epoxy casting system with excellent crack resistance. It is prefilled with slightly abrasive, mechanically reinforcing fillers.

ARALDITE® CW 5942-1 / ARADUR® HW 5943-1 is an anhydride-based, heat-curing, low-viscosity prefilled casting resin system that meets UL 94 V0 requirements. This resin system is suitable for fulfilling the Cenelec Standard HD 464: F1 E2 C2. It is used in indoor electrical insulation parts for medium and high voltage applications, such as dry-type distribution transformers, particularly flame-retardant dry-type transformers and instrument transformers by impregnation or vacuum casting.

ARALDITE® CW 9029 US Resin with ARADUR® HW 9029 US Hardener is a liquid, heat-curing two-component epoxy casting system containing mechanically reinforcing fillers. ARALDITE® CY 184 / ARADUR® HY 1235 BD / FLEXIBILIZER DY 044 / ACCELERATOR DY 062 is a liquid, hot-curing, cycloaliphatic epoxy resin system for outdoor applications in difficult climatic conditions.

ARALDITE® CY 205 / ARADUR® HY 905 / FLEXIBILIZER DY 040 / ACCELERATOR DY 061 / Filler Silica Flour is a liquid, hot-curing casting resin system for producing castings with good electrical and mechanical end-properties.

ARALDITE® CY 5622 / ARADUR® HY 1235 / ACCELERATOR DY 062 / Filler Silica Flour (Silanized) is a liquid, hot-curing, cycloaliphatic epoxy resin system for outdoor applications in severe climatic conditions. It is used for outdoor electrical insulation material for medium and high voltage applications in humid conditions, such as apparatus components, pin/post insulators, bushings, instrument transformers, and sensors.

ARALDITE® CY 5825 / ARADUR® HY 5825 is a heat-curing, two-component material designed for high-temperature applications. ARALDITE® CY 5825 is a multifunctional (high functionality) epoxy-based material, and ARADUR® HY 5825 is a pre-accelerated anhydride. This system was specially developed for high-temperature electrical insulation applications. Due to higher functionality, its gamma radiation resistance is superior to that of standard Bisphenol-A-based epoxy systems. This system can be used for many applications, such as high-temperature slot insulation for alternators, impregnation of transformer coils, and electrical high-temperature filament-wound products.

ARALDITE® CY 5948 / ARADUR® HY 926 is a liquid, low-viscosity, hot-curing casting resin system based on Bisphenol A/F, designed for power casting systems.

ARALDITE® CY 5948 / ARADUR® HY 926 / Silica Flour is a liquid, low-viscosity, hot-curing casting resin system based on Bisphenol A/F. It offers convenient processing due to its low mix viscosity, making it ideal for power casting systems.

ARALDITE® CY 5948-2 Brown / ARADUR® HY 925-1 F is an anhydride-based, heat-curing, casting resin system with good impregnation. The incorporation of silica flour in the resin systems yields excellent crack resistance and very good thermal endurance properties. The reactivity of ARALDITE® CY 5948-2 Brown Resin with ARADUR 925-1 F US Hardener and silica flour provides ease in manufacturing parts. This resin system is recommended for the manufacture of dry-type distribution transformers by conventional vacuum casting.
