ARALDITE® ECN 1273 is a polyepoxide resin produced by reacting epichlorohydrin with an ortho-cresol formaldehyde novolac. The molecular weight of the novolac controls the resin’s molecular weight and functionality, which ranges from 2.5 to 5.5 reactive groups per molecule. Unlike conventional bisphenol-A based epoxy resins, this polyepoxide offers multiple reactive sites, enhancing crosslinking density and performance.

ARALDITE® GT 6084 is a solid bisphenol-A based epoxy resin designed for the production of epoxy esters. It is insoluble in water and has a softening point of 95-105°C. It is supplied in flake form.

ARALDITE® GT 6097 is a high-melt-viscosity epoxy resin designed for solvent-containing industrial coatings and thick-film powder coatings.

ARALDITE® GT 7071 is a low molecular weight, unmodified solid epoxy resin designed for use in high-performance protective and decorative coatings. It can be cured with polyamines, amine adducts, polyamide hardeners, or acrylic resins. The resin is characterized by excellent batch-to-batch uniformity, good clarity and color, a narrow molecular weight distribution, and favorable solubility characteristics. For the convenience of formulators, ARALDITE® GT 7071 is also available in various solvent types and solvent combinations (see Data Sheet for Araldite® GZ 471 and Araldite® GZ 571 epoxy resin solutions).

ARALDITE® GT 7220 is a modified low molecular weight solid epoxy resin suitable for formulating low-temperature cure powder coatings. Coatings based on ARALDITE® GT 7220 resin exhibit improved chemical and heat resistance compared to standard bisphenol A epoxy resins, such as Araldite® GT 7013 and GT 7014 resins.

ARALDITE® GT 7255 is a flake-form product designed for chemical manufacturing and industrial coatings, specifically for powder coating applications. It features chemical and corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, toughness, and improved flexibility. This product functions as a binder and resin, ensuring effective performance in various formulations and applications.

ARALDITE® GY 282, used alone or blended with bisphenol A or bisphenol A/F epoxy resins in combination with polyamine hardeners, is recommended for solvent-free coatings, impregnations, floorings, and trowelling compounds applied to steel and concrete substrates. Additionally, when combined with aromatic diamines, GY 282 is suitable for advanced composite applications manufactured via RTM and filament winding.

ARALDITE® GZ 488 N 40 is a high molecular weight epoxy resin supplied at 40% non-volatiles in a blend of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, and cyclohexanone. This resin offers outstanding adhesion, flexibility, and toughness, making it ideal for formulating heat-cured industrial coatings.

ARALDITE® GZ 488 V 32 resin is a very high molecular weight epoxy resin solution. Since film forms without the use of hardener, it produces outstanding surface coatings by air or force drying. In addition, the high hydroxyl content of the resin permits reaction with urea-melamine, and phenol-formaldehyde crosslinking resins to produce excellent baking finishes. Coatings based on Araldite® GZ 488 V-32 resin exhibit excellent adhesion, flexibility. impact and abrasion resistance, and chemical and corrosion resistance.

ARALDITE® GZ 571 KX 75 is a low molecular weight solid epoxy resin supplied at 75% non-volatiles in xylene/methyl isobutyl ketone, used for formulating two-component industrial maintenance coatings.

ARALDITE® GZ 571 T 75 is a low molecular weight solid epoxy resin supplied at 75% non-volatiles in toluene, used for formulating two-component industrial maintenance coatings.

The resin solution ARALDITE® GZ 597 KT 55 resin can be used to prepare industrial coatings having excellent chemical, solvent and abrasion resistance.

ARALDITE® GZ 7071 PM 75 is a low molecular weight solid epoxy resin supplied at 75% non-volatiles in propylene glycol monomethyl ether, used for formulating two-component industrial maintenance coatings.

ARALDITE® GZ 7488 V 40 is a solvent solution of a very high molecular weight epoxy resin. It forms a film without the use of a hardener, producing outstanding coatings through air or force drying. Additionally, its high hydroxyl content enables reactions with urea-melamine and phenol-formaldehyde crosslinking resins, resulting in excellent baking finishes. Coatings based on Araldite® GZ 7488 V-40 resin exhibit excellent adhesion, flexibility, impact and abrasion resistance, as well as chemical and corrosion resistance. A unique feature of this resin is its low degree of branching, which provides greater flexibility than the very high molecular weight Araldite® GZ 488 resin. Its more linear structure also results in higher solids content compared to the Araldite® GZ 488 V-32 resin solution.

ARALDITE® PT 810 Pellets is a high-performance tri-functional epoxy resin known for its excellent weathering characteristics. It is widely used in applications where gloss retention and color stability are critical. ARALDITE® PT 810 offers outstanding adhesion and chemical resistance. Its multi-functionality contributes to high heat distortion temperatures and good thermal aging properties. Additionally, formulations based on ARALDITE® PT 810 exhibit excellent mechanical and electrical performance.
