E-GRADE® Methyldiethanolamine (E-GRADE® MDEA Amine) is primarily used in stripping, cleaning, and wet etching formulations in the semiconductor, display, and PCB industries. Most are water-soluble and contain aminoglycol or polyether structures where both the amine and glycol functions contribute to their performance.

JEFFREAT® M solvent is a clear, water-white to pale amber, hygroscopic liquid with an ammoniacal odor.

JEFFTREAT® MP solvent is a methyldiethanolamine (MDEA)-based solvent formulated to provide deep removal of carbon dioxide (CO2) from gas processing applications such as hydrogen production, ammonia manufacture, and cryogenic gas processing. Compared to ethanolamines (MEA and DEA) and ethanolamine-formulated solvents, JEFFTREAT® MP solvent allows deep CO2 removal with greater acid gas loading capacity, superior chemical stability even at high temperatures, corrosion protection, and longer product life under severe operating conditions. JEFFTREAT® MP bulk CO2 solvent also has higher reaction rates with CO2 than ethanolamine-based formulated MDEA solvents. Rapid reaction with CO2 allows JEFFTREAT® MP solvent to achieve very deep CO2 removal while retaining the characteristic of allowing deep regeneration.

JEFFTREAT® MP-442 additive is a formulated methyldiethanolamine (MDEA)-based solvent that is added to our existing JEFFTREAT® MP solvent. This product helps maintain current solvent integrity while restoring the active promoter to desired levels. JEFFTREAT® MP442 can also be added to existing generic MDEA solutions to enhance their ability to remove bulk carbon dioxide.

JEFFTREAT® MS-100 solvent is a clear, water-white, hygroscopic liquid with an ammoniacal odor.

JEFFTREAT® MS-203 solvents are clear, water-white, hygroscopic liquids with an ammoniacal odor.

JEFFTREAT® MS-205 is part of the JEFFTREAT® MS-200 series, a group of clear, hygroscopic, and ammoniacal odor solvents based on methyldiethanolamine (MDEA). These formulated amines are designed for bulk removal of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from gas and gas-liquid streams. Suitable for applications involving natural gases, refinery gases, coal and waste gasification gases, and petrochemical gases, the JEFFTREAT® MS-200 series offers distinct performance advantages over traditional primary and secondary alkanolamines like monoethanolamine (MEA) and diethanolamine (DEA). These solvents provide economic benefits and can meet low carbon dioxide specifications, even in the presence of significant hydrogen sulfide.

JEFFTREAT® MS-205 LFG is a solvent in the JEFFTREAT® MS-200 series, a clear, water-white, hygroscopic liquid with an ammoniacal odor. Based on methyldiethanolamine (MDEA), it is formulated for the bulk removal of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from gas and gas-liquid streams. Suitable for natural gases, refinery gases, coal and waste gasification gases, and petrochemical gases, this solvent offers a cost-effective alternative to traditional primary and secondary alkanolamines like monoethanolamine (MEA) and diethanolamine (DEA). JEFFTREAT® MS-200 series solvents are effective in meeting low carbon dioxide specifications even in the presence of significant hydrogen sulfide.

JEFFTREAT® MS-300 is a methyldiethanolamine (MDEA)-based gas treating solvent, formulated to meet very low (<10 ppmv) hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) off-gas specifications. It is a clear, water-white to light yellow, hygroscopic liquid with an ammoniacal odor, designed specifically for low-pressure Claus plant tail gas treating units that require low H₂S outlet gas concentrations.

JEFFTREAT® MS-310 solvent is a specially formulated methyldiethanolamine (MDEA)-based gas treating solvent. It is a clear, water-white, hygroscopic liquid with an ammoniacal odor.
