ARALDITE® 2013-1 A/B is a two-component, room temperature curing paste adhesive with high strength and toughness. It is thixotropic with good environmental and chemical resistance. ARALDITE® 501 A/B Epoxy System is a two-part system that cures at either ambient or elevated temperatures. It is designed for use in the repair of composite aircraft components and for the fixation of inserts, maintaining its performance characteristics at temperatures up to 120°C. EPIBOND® 215 A/B Adhesive is an extrudable, two-component, room temperature-curing epoxy structural adhesive designed for service temperatures up to 300°F (149°C). This adhesive is suitable for bonding a wide variety of materials such as metals, composites, and many other dissimilar substrates. The combination of high peel strength and high shear makes this adhesive well suited for aerospace and other demanding applications. EPIBOND® 215 A/B structural adhesive can replace up to five competitive adhesives and is 75% lighter than mechanical fasteners.

EPIBOND® 420-A/B Epoxy Adhesive is a two-component, modified epoxy, room-temperature curing paste with high strength and toughness. It is suitable for a wide variety of metal, honeycomb, and fiber-reinforced composite bonding applications requiring high shear strength and good peel strength. EPIBOND® 420 A/B contains 5 mil (125 µm) spacer beads to provide the very uniform bond line required in high-stress areas. EPIBOND® 420 A/B structural epoxy adhesive replaces REDUX 410 NA epoxy adhesive and meets the requirements of BMS 5-107.

EPOCAST® 1617-A/B epoxy syntactic is a low-density, self-extinguishing compound for edge sealing honeycomb structures. EPOCAST® 1618-D / B epoxy syntactic is a low-density, flame-retardant compound for potting fasteners in honeycomb structures. The lightweight epoxy is easy to extrude through a 1/8 in (3 mm) nozzle orifice but is non-flowing after application. Epocast® 1618 D/B epoxy syntactic sets quickly at room temperature and is qualified to BMS 5-28, Type 18, Class 1. It is the suggested alternative for the discontinued Epocast® 1616 A/B epoxy syntactic, Epocast® 1618 A/B epoxy syntactic, and Epocast® 1620 A/B epoxy syntactic systems.

EPOCAST® 1628 A epoxy resin is a soft white paste that, after blending with yellow-colored EPOCAST® 1628 B hardener, becomes a pale yellow, ultra-low-density epoxy syntactic for edge reinforcing of honeycomb structures. The lightweight epoxy paste can be spread with a putty knife or trowel to fill honeycomb core sections or edges of composite sandwich constructions. EPOCAST® 1628 A/B epoxy syntactic can be easily sanded and machined once cured. EPOCAST® 1628 A/B epoxy syntactic is qualified to BMS 5-28, Type 28.

EPOCAST® 1629-A/B Epoxy Syntactic is a beige, flame-retardant, ultra-low-density system for edge reinforcing of honeycomb structures. It can be spread with a putty knife and resists slumping on vertical surfaces. EPOCAST® 1629-A/B can be easily sanded and machined once cured. It is a non-PBDE containing material and can be used as a replacement for EPOCAST® 87005 A/B-80 Epoxy Syntactic, EPOCAST® 87005 A/B-60 Epoxy Syntactic, EPOCAST® 87269 A/B Epoxy Syntactic, EPOCAST® 87005 A/B-61 Epoxy Syntactic, and EPOCAST® 87005 A/BE-60 Epoxy Syntactic.

EPOCAST® 1648 A/B is a two-component, low-density, flame-retardant syntactic adhesive that can be easily extruded through a 1/8 in. (3mm) nozzle orifice and is non-flowing after application. EPOCAST® 1648 A/B Adhesive can be applied using mix metering dispensing equipment, Semco™ cartridges, or by hand mixing. It sets quickly at room temperature and is qualified to BMS 5-28, Type 18, Class 1. EPOCAST® 1648 A/B Adhesive does not contain any SVHC (substance of very high concern) as defined under REACH.

EPOCAST® 1652-A/B is a low-density system with good elevated temperature performance after a room-temperature cure. The epoxy syntactic is suitable for core filling metal skins, adding stiffness and strength to fabricated parts such as helicopter rotor blades, core splicing, and strengthening radii and corners of reinforced plastic structures. EPOCAST® 1652-A/B is qualified to Grumman GM 4006, Gulfstream GMS 4005, and Sikorsky 9587, Type 2.

Well suited for fabrication and repair of graphite composites, the laminating system combines low-temperature vacuum bag curing capability with good hot-wet strength. EPOCAST® 52-A/B epoxy laminating system is qualified to specifications including AIMS 08-01-002-01; AIMS 08-02-002-01; and SAE AMS2980.
