ARALDITE® ECN 1273 is a polyepoxide resin produced by reacting epichlorohydrin with an ortho-cresol formaldehyde novolac. The molecular weight of the novolac controls the resin’s molecular weight and functionality, which ranges from 2.5 to 5.5 reactive groups per molecule. Unlike conventional bisphenol-A based epoxy resins, this polyepoxide offers multiple reactive sites, enhancing crosslinking density and performance.
ARALDITE® ECN 1280 is a polyepoxide resin produced by reacting epichlorohydrin with an ortho-cresol formaldehyde novolac. The novolac’s molecular weight determines the resin’s molecular weight and functionality, which ranges from 2.5 to 5.5 reactive groups per molecule. Compared to conventional bisphenol-A based epoxy resins, this polyepoxide offers multiple reactive sites, resulting in enhanced crosslinking and improved material properties.
ARALDITE® ECN 9511 is a polyepoxide resin synthesized by reacting epichlorohydrin with an ortho-cresol formaldehyde novolac. The molecular weight of the novolac influences the resin’s molecular weight and functionality, which typically ranges from 2.5 to 5.5 reactive groups per molecule. Unlike conventional bisphenol-A based epoxy resins, this polyepoxide contains multiple reactive sites, enabling higher crosslink density and enhanced performance.
ARALDITE® LY 1556 / ARADUR® 22962 is a ready-to-use resin designed for industrial applications, particularly in lamination and structural components. It offers excellent flexibility and high reactivity, making it ideal for use in demanding industrial processes that require durability and strong performance.
ARALDITE® LY 3585 / ARADUR® 22962 is an epoxy resin ARADUR® 22962 is a cycloaliphatic polyamine Industrial composites.
ARALDITE® LY 5085 / ARADUR® 22962 is an epoxy resin, cycloaliphatic polyamine, used in Industrial composites
ARALDITE® LY 5085 / ARADUR® 5046 is a low-viscosity epoxy resin, a hardener mixture of polyamines. Used in recreational composites and structural composites
ARALDITE® LY 564 / HARDENER XB 3403 is a modified epoxy resin that is used with HARDENER XB 3403 (based on aliphatic polyamines) to form an ambient to warm curing epoxy system. This system is ideal for use in the creation of industrial composites such as windmill blades and marine craft.
ARALDITE® LY 8615 / REN® HY 5212 is an epoxy resin, formulated amine hardener, used in industrial composites and structural composites.
ARALDITE® MY 9612 consists of tetrafunctional epoxy resins suitable for high-performance composite applications. When cured at 120°C (248°F) to 175°C (347°F), the Araldite® MY 720 family of resins delivers outstanding performance at elevated temperatures. Post-curing at 200°C (392°F) results in properties exceeding 220°C (428°F).
EPALLOY® 8250 CI exhibits a very low room temperature viscosity. Close process control produces a resin significantly lower in viscosity than other commercially available epoxy novolacs of similar functionality. EPALLOY® 8250 CI combines low hydrolyzable chlorides with good reactivity. It is non-crystallizing and compatible with all standard curatives and most epoxy resin systems and solvents. Because of its low viscosity, EPALLOY® 8250 CI is an excellent resin for formulating 100% solids coatings and trowelable flooring. Those formulations will cure at room temperature and provide chemical resistance to concentrated acids and aggressive solvents. EPALLOY® 8250 CI is also the preferred resin for use in electronic encapsulation, laminating and film adhesives.
EPOCAST® 35 A/927 epoxy laminating system is a two-component, solvent-free material designed to perform at temperatures up to 300ºF (149°C). The medium-viscosity liquid laminating system readily wets glass fabrics; its long work life supports extended fabrication times for large composite repairs. EPOCAST® 35 A/927 epoxy laminating system is well-suited for repair or fabrication of laminated composite structures and other applications requiring good high-temperature properties. This system is qualified to BMS 8-214.
EPOCAST® 50-A1/946 laminating system is an unfilled, solvent-free, easy-to-handle material for the manufacture or repair of composite structures as well as for filament winding. EPOCAST® 50-A1 Resin / Hardener 946 epoxy laminating system is flame-retardant and is qualified to BMS 8-201, Type IV, Rev. F. This product is also available in a longer work-life version - EPOCAST® 50-A1 Resin / Hardener 9816 epoxy laminating system.
EPOCAST® 50-A1/9816 is an unfilled, solvent-free, easy-to-handle material for the manufacture or repair of composite structures as well as for filament winding. EPOCAST® 50-A1 Resin / Hardener 9816 epoxy laminating system is flame-retardant. EPOCAST® 50-A1 / Hardener 9816 is qualified to BMS 8-201, Type III, Rev. F.
