JEFFCAT® Dimethylethanolamine (JEFFCAT® DMEA) is an essentially colorless, mobile liquid with an ammoniacal odor. It is used as a co-catalyst in flexible polyurethane slabstock foam to promote the gas-blowing reaction and is also effective in rigid and semiflexible foams. Due to its reactive hydroxyl group, it becomes an integral part of the foam, contributing no amine odor. Additionally, JEFFCAT DMEA can serve as an acid scavenger in formulations involving polymeric isocyanates.
JEFFCAT® Z-80 is a strong, low-odor gel catalyst used to accelerate initial and back-end curing. It is used in a variety of polyurethane foam applications.
JEFFCAT® ZF-10 is an efficient blowing catalyst for use in foams requiring low emissions.
JEFFCAT® ZF-20 is a strong, efficient blowing catalyst used to promote foam formation for a variety of polyurethane applications.
