ARADUR® 356 hardener is a light-colored, medium-viscosity, phenol-free hardener for solvent-free coatings. Fast cure, excellent adhesion, light color, and excellent chemical resistance characterize coatings based on ARADUR® 356. Particularly suitable for application with two-component spray equipment, formulations based on ARADUR® 356 demonstrate excellent curing properties. These coatings can also be applied by conventional brush or roller.

ARADUR® 3805 epoxy curing agent is a waterborne amine curing agent designed for use in formulating two-component ambient as well as heat-cured coatings. It is compatible with both modified and unmodified liquid epoxy resins, such as ARALDITE® GY 9513 and ARALDITE® GY 6010. It can also be formulated with ARALDITE® PZ 3901, a solid epoxy resin dispersion, when a fast dry time is required.

ARADUR® 3951 is a water-dilutable multi-purpose polyamide curing agent. It is specially designed for the formulation of water-dilutable epoxy resins. This product is used to formulate two-component metal anticorrosion primers, such as zinc-rich primers and primer-based coatings used for industrial corrosion protection, ships, and freight containers. When combined with a suitable epoxy emulsion, it can provide low VOC, fast drying, and excellent corrosion protection.

Those formulated with ARADUR® 3984 provide high gloss, color stability, rapid cure, pigment compatibility, and strong adhesion on metal and concrete. Coatings using ARADUR® 340 feature short touch dry times, long pot life, excellent adhesion, impact resistance, and flexibility.

HYPOX® RM22 is an adduct of CTBN with epoxidized cyclohexane dimethanol. Compared to standard epoxy resin/CTBN adducts, the product exhibits a moderate viscosity, coupled with a high rubber content. HYPOX® RM22 adduct is intended for use in combination with standard epoxy resins when the end-use application requires toughening and improved rubber compatibility with DGEBA. HYPOX® RM22 adduct will increase flexibility, crack, fatigue, and peel resistance, and adhesive properties. It will also improve the cathodic disbondment property when used in coating formulations for underground buried pipes in oil and gas transport applications.

PHENOXY™ PKHS 27 is a 27% NV solution of acid-modified phenoxy resin in methyl ethyl ketone (MEK). This tough, ductile resin offers excellent thermal stability, adhesive strength, and vapor barrier properties. It can be crosslinked through its hydroxyl groups with isocyanates, melamine, or phenolic resins, and its carboxylic acid groups can be crosslinked with poly(carbodiimides), poly(aziridines), or epoxy agents. Crosslinked PHENOXY™ PKHS-27 exhibits excellent chemical resistance, toughness, hardness, and adhesion to substrates like steel, aluminum, glass, carbon fiber, and thermoplastics such as nylon and polyester.
