EPOCAST® 1614-A3 Epoxy Structural Syntactic Adhesive is a flame-retardant, low-density, frozen, one-component material used to reinforce honeycomb composite parts requiring high compressive strength at elevated temperatures up to 350°F (177°C). This material has been qualified to NTR-MS 1301A Ty II, CL IV, GR F, and RMS 027 Type XII specifications and meets the requirements of BMS5-28, Ty 14, CL 1 & 2, and other specifications. EPOCAST® 1614-A3 Epoxy Structural Syntactic Adhesive does not contain any SVHC (Substance of Very High Concern) as defined under REACH.

EPOCAST® 1627-2 Epoxy Syntactic is a high-performance, filled, structural core-reinforcing compound with an extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, making the material suitable for use in fabricating and reinforcing composite structures. The epoxy syntactic is supplied as a gray-colored, frozen patty (32 or 64 in³ / 524 or 1049 cm³) or Semco cartridge (6 oz or 32 oz), which is ready to use after thawing and does not require weighing or mixing. EPOCAST® 1627-2 is qualified to BMS 5-21, Type 2, specification.

EPOCAST® 1652-A/B is a low-density system with good elevated temperature performance after a room-temperature cure. The epoxy syntactic is suitable for core filling metal skins, adding stiffness and strength to fabricated parts such as helicopter rotor blades, core splicing, and strengthening radii and corners of reinforced plastic structures. EPOCAST® 938-A3 epoxy structural syntactic is a frozen, one-component, flame-retardant compound designed for reinforcing honeycomb structures. EPOCAST® 938-A3 epoxy syntactic features high compressive strength at temperatures to 450°F (232°C). Once thawed, EPOCAST® 938-A3 syntactic is a thixotropic paste which can be easily dispensed from the cartridge using suitable pneumatic dispensing equipment.
