ARALDITE® AW 4752 / HARDENER HW 4753 is a two-component, room-temperature curing paste adhesive of high strength and toughness. When fully cured, the adhesive will have excellent performance at elevated temperatures and high chemical resistance. It is suitable for bonding a wide variety of metals and other materials in many industrial applications where resistance to aggressive or warm environments is required. The combination of properties makes the adhesive ideal for bonding industrial filters for hydraulic oils.
ARALDITE® AW 4804 / HARDENER HW 4804 is an aluminium-filled epoxy adhesive providing outstanding temperature resistance. The system offers a long open time and good chemical resistance.
ARALDITE® AW 5047-1 / HARDENER HW 5067-1 is a two-component, white-colored liquid epoxy adhesive for metal and composite bonding, providing high chemical, temperature, and environmental resistance. Its self-levelling properties and long pot life make it convenient to apply on large areas.
ARALDITE® DY-31 is a multi-functional reactive diluent for epoxy resins, offering 100% solids and chemical-resistant coatings. It is suitable for concrete crack repair, coatings for containment areas, and high-performance adhesives.
EPALLOY® 5000 resin is the diepoxide of the hydrogenated bisphenol A. Due to its saturated ring structure, this resin will find utility in applications requiring resistance to ultraviolet light exposure. Formulations based on standard DGEBA resins usually do not perform well in this environment. Curing agent selection should be done with great care to achieve optimum weathering resistance with EPALLOY® 5000 resin. Products with improved chalking resistance and gloss retention can be formulated. EPALLOY® 5000 resin exhibits a significantly lower viscosity than DGEBA. Higher filler loadings can, therefore, be achieved, resulting in cost reduction and reduced shrinkage. The adhesion and chemical resistance characteristics of EPALLOY® 5000 resin formulations are expected to be like those of standard DGEBA systems.
SUPRASEC® 1065 is an MDI building block used in 3K self-leveling flooring systems, offering fast application and a high-quality surface finish.
SUPRASEC® 2029 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Low Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyether polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two-component polyurethane products. SUPRASEC® 2029 MDI is an all 4,4’ MDI based prepolymer with improved low temperature stability versus other alternative materials.
SUPRASEC® 2447 is compatible with concrete and is not listed in California Proposition 65. It is designed for use in 2K (two-component) coatings and floor coatings. This product features excellent surface appearance, high solid content, and self-leveling properties, ensuring a durable and esthetically pleasing finish.
SUPRASEC® 2656 is a complex mixture of molecules containing MDI isomers with different functionality. A SUPRASEC® is considered as pure when it contains mainly 4,4’-MDI and less than 2% of 2,4’ isomers. This is a mixture between pure, 2,4’ isomers and polymeric MDI. Different grades may have different ratio of this two. This is formed by mixing an excess of MDI with a polyol.
