ARALDITE® CW 2246 / ARADUR® HY 2177 is a high-thixotropic two-component epoxy potting system. ARALDITE® CW 2246 is a modified epoxy resin with filler. ARADUR® HY 2177 is a modified liquid amine hardener.
ARALDITE® CW 5801-1 / ARADUR® HY 5801 is a two-component, epoxy-based potting and encapsulating system. ARALDITE® CW 5801-1 / ARADUR® HY 5801 is a 100% solids (no solvent) two-component, epoxy-based potting and encapsulating system designed especially for applications requiring very low shrinkage and excellent dielectric characteristics. Although the system will gel at room ambient temperature, an additional short elevated temperature post-cure is recommended to achieve optimal properties. This product is recommended for the encapsulation of electrical and electronic components.

The lightweight epoxy is easy to extrude through a 1/8 in (3 mm) nozzle orifice but is non-flowing after application. Epocast® 1618 D/B epoxy syntactic sets quickly at room temperature and is qualified to BMS 5-28, Type 18, Class 1. It is the suggested alternative for the discontinued Epocast® 1616 A/B epoxy syntactic, Epocast® 1618 A/B epoxy syntactic, and Epocast® 1620 A/B epoxy syntactic systems.
EPOCAST® 1619-1 A/B is a low-density, flame-retardant compound for potting fasteners in honeycomb structures. The lightweight epoxy can be poured or extruded through a 1/8 in. (3mm) nozzle orifice. It is resistant to water, fungus, and most aircraft fluids and qualified for Boeing BMS5-28, Type 19

EPOCAST® 1636-A/B epoxy syntactic is a high-performance, two-part system with high strength and good high-temperature resistance. The aluminum-filled, medium-viscosity epoxy compound is easy to handle and machines easily in the cured state. EPOCAST® 1636-A/B epoxy syntactic is used to reinforce honeycomb structures and is qualified to BMS 5-28, Type 6.
EPOCAST® 89537-A/B epoxy syntactic is a two-part system with glass-fiber reinforcement that can be troweled or extruded into honeycomb core structures for fastener and attachment potting, core splicing, and edge reinforcing. The syntactic has a non-sag consistency that allows for vertical application up to ½-inch (1.25 cm) thick. EPOCAST® 89537 A/B epoxy syntactic is self-extinguishing and meets the requirements of BMS 5-28 Type 32.
