JEFFSOL®

JEFFSOL® 3-methyl-2-oxazolidinone (JEFFSOL® MEOX) is a polar aprotic solvent with excellent solvency, relatively high flash points, low vapor pressure, and ease of handling. It is soluble in most organic solvents and water, with a relatively low hazard profile.

JEFFSOL® AG 1555 carbonate is 40 CFR 180.950 and List 4A (minimal risk classification) approved for use in agricultural pesticide formulations. It is a clear, mobile, hygroscopic liquid at room temperature. This product is an excellent solvent for many organic and inorganic materials. It offers excellent performance as an adjuvant enhancement agent in agricultural pesticide formulations. JEFFSOL AG 1555 carbonate can be used as a formulation component for tank mix adjuvants and as a solvent/co-solvent in emulsifiable and microemulsifiable concentrate formulations.

JEFFSOL® Ethylene Carbonate (JEFFSOL® EC) is a low-melting, practically odorless and colorless solid. It serves as an excellent solvent for many organic and inorganic materials in applications such as surface coatings, dyes, fibers, plastics, and batteries. It is also a reactive intermediate for selective alkoxylation, transesterification, and carbamate formation.

JEFFSOL® EC-50 carbonate is a 50/50 wt% blend of JEFFSOL® Ethylene Carbonate in JEFFSOL® Propylene Carbonate. The product is a clear, mobile, hygroscopic liquid at room temperature.

JEFFSOL® Methylcyclohexane (JEFFSOL® MCH) is used in coatings, adhesives, and sealants to improve solvent properties and enhance formulation performance.
