- Accelerator DY 079 is used in combination with ARALDITE® Epoxy Resins and Hardeners based on carboxylic acid and anhydrides.The amount of accelerator added depends on the desired pot life as well as on other processing factors,such as temperature and duration of curing.As a guide line the proportion is 0.2 - 2.0 parts by weight in 100 parts of resin.

Accelerator DY 079 should be stored between 18 and 40°C in original container protected from direct sunlight in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area, away from food, drink and incompatible materials. Keep container tightly closed and sealed until ready for use. Containers that have been opened must be carefully resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Don’t store in unlabeled containers. Use appropriate containment to avoid environmental contamination.
