AIROUT™ Release Agent is used to remove entrapped air from epoxy, polyurethane, and other polymer resin systems, preventing bubbles or voids in castings or coatings. This material helps reduce surface defects such as orange peel and cratering in coatings. It can be effectively used in solvent-based, water-based, or 100% solid resin systems without degrading the physical, electrical, or adhesive properties of the base resin.

ARADUR® 140 is suitable for solvent-free and solvent-based coatings and adhesives.

ARADUR® 3123 is a substituted imidazole that may be used either as a latent catalytic curing agent for liquid epoxy resins or as a latent ACCELERATOR for anhydride- and amine-cured epoxy resins.

ARADUR® 3275 hardener is a low-viscosity, formulated polyether polyamine suitable for the formulation of crack-bridging systems and flexible membranes. It is nonyl phenol-free and benzyl alcohol-free.

ARADUR® 70 can be formulated with modified or unmodified bisphenol A and bisphenol F-based liquid epoxy resins. It is suitable for the formulation of flexible binder systems, impact-resistant coatings, and sealers. Unlike externally plasticized systems, the flexibility of these systems is permanent and retained at low temperatures. ARADUR® 70 is a polyether urethane amine curing agent.

HYPRO® Reactive Liquid Polymers (RLP) are 100% solids liquid rubbers used to improve the toughness, flexibility, adhesion, and impact resistance of thermoset resin systems including epoxies, vinyl esters, unsaturated polyesters, acrylics, and urethanes. HYPRO® 1300X42 ATBN is an amine terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer used predominately with other amine functional compounds to improve product performance when added to thermoset resin systems. The amine structure of HYPRO® 1300X42 ATBN is based on methylpentamethylenediamine.

OMICURE® U 35M N is a cycloaliphatic substituted urea used as a latent ACCELERATOR for the dicyandiamide curing of epoxy resins. It enables shelf-stable one-part epoxy/dicy formulations that cure faster or at lower temperatures. OMICURE® U-35 N provides the longest room temperature shelf life among CVC substituted ureas. The micronized version is OMICURE® U-35M N. While less efficient than aromatic ureas by weight, it achieves cures in about one hour at 115°C and under seven minutes at temperatures of 150°C or higher. Suggested use levels are up to 5 phr, with cure times depending on formulation and application.

SURFONAMINE® B-200 is multifunctional polyether monoamines suitable for pigment modification and polymer dispersant synthesis. SURFONAMINE® polyetheramines can greatly improve the overall performance of pigments through surface treatment, and can also be used as intermediates for the synthesis of more complex dispersants.
