Technical Details & Test Data
- Processing Parameters
Suggested loading level is 0.1% to 0.5 % by weight of total resin system. AIROUT™ should be added and thoroughly blended into the desired resin system with or without vacuum. For the best results, vacuum is recommended. Power mixing is preferred. Optimum concentrations of this additive must be determined through experimental evaluation in each resin system. Evaluate minimum concentrations initially and then increase by small increments until optimum effectiveness is obtained. To avoid cloudiness, use only minimum amounts of air release agents in unfilled systems.
Packaging & Availability
- Availability
AIROUT™ is supplied in 370-pound drums.
Storage & Handling
- Storage Information
The product should be stored in a dry place, in the sealed original container, at temperatures between 2°C and 40°C (36°F and 104°F). Under these storage conditions the shelf life is 1 year. The product should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
