ARADUR® 450

Used along with suitable epoxy resins, Aradur® 450 presents the following features :

• Relatively low viscosity, and good working properties
• Slight flexibility with high levels of mortar stability
• Outstanding adhesion to wet concrete and sand-blasted steel
• Smooth, glossy, tack - free cured films or coatings
• Very good corrosion protection

• With liquid epoxy resins such as Araldite® GY 250, GY 764, GY 783 or GY 793, for primers / adhesion promoters to problematic concrete substrates and also for solvent-free or low solvent coatings (high-solids) for heavy-duty corrosion protection.
• Due to its extreme tolerance to wet conditions, Aradur® 450 can be applied to all types of wet-damp and difficult to wet substrates.

The optimum mix ratio for Araldite® GY 783 Huntsman Advanced Materials and Aradur® 450 is 100:60 parts by weight.

• ARADUR® 450 should be stored in a dry place, preferably in the sealed original container, at temperatures between 2 and 40 °C.
• The product should not be stored exposed to direct sunlight.

Mandatory and recommended industrial hygiene procedures should be followed whenever our products are being handled and processed.
