ARADUR® 847

ARADUR® 847 hardener is a low-viscosity, light-colored cycloaliphatic polyamine adduct. In combination with liquid epoxy resins, it can be formulated into high-solids coatings and floorings, particularly self-leveling floorings. Customer-prepared formulations based on ARADUR® 847 have been submitted to the NSF for approval. ARADUR® 847 is a modified cycloaliphatic polyamine adduct.

Applications
  • Aradur 847 is suitable for formulating solvent-free linings for metal or concrete containers when used in combination with liquid, unmodified epoxy resins such as Araldite® GY 250, GY 266, PY 302-2 or PY 304.
  • Self-levelling flooring screeds can be formulated with Aradur 847 when it is used in combination with modified, bisphenol-A or bisphenol-A/F based epoxies such as Araldite BY 157.

Handling Precautions
  • Will cause severe eye and skin irritation.
  • Do not get on skin, in eyes or on clothing.
  • Do not inhale mist or vapors.
  • Keep container tightly closed when not in use and during transportation.
  • Use only with adequate ventilation.
  • Wash thoroughly after handling.
