Applications
Application Information
  • Encapsulation of electrical ventilation switch, electrical component
  • Especially Suitable for the electrical component with gap(<0.3mm) to prevent leakage.).
Processing Information
  • ARALDITE® CW2246 CI contain fillers, which tend to settle over time. It is therefore recommended to carefully homogenize the complete contents of the container before use. In the storage vessels of the production equipment, the pre-filled products should be stirred up from time to time to avoid sedimentation and irregular metering
  • Using two component vacuum potting machine, resin should be stored into A barrel (40 - 60°C,vacuum 1 - 5mbar), hardener should be stored into B barrel (25 - 40°C, vacuum 2 - 10 mbar). When casting resin and hardener should have suitable metering pump and mixing machine.
  • Before application, the mixed material should be degassed under (vacuum 2- 10 mbr) to have good quality casting. Void will affect thermal and electrical properties. After mixing, it will start to react under different temperature. The pot life will become shorter, please try to use the material quickly.
