- EPOCAST® 1649-1 A/B void filler can reduce total costs by up to 30% for the application of core reinforcement materials due to its low material density. Compared to competitive products, it is up to 12% lighter, with double the shelf-life to further reduce inventory costs. It also meets FAA flame, smoke and toxicity (FST) requirements for aerospace interiors. Assembly productivity can be increased by up to 50% with EPOCAST® 1649-1 A/B void filler. It provides a simple 2:1 mix ratio, off-ratio mixing tolerance, and allows parts to be cured, sanded and completed in just one working shift.
