IROGRAN® PS 455-200

IROGRAN® PS 455-200 is a polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) for extrusion applications. Key features include being phthalate-free, low hardness and modulus, good low-temperature performance, and high transparency.

Technical Details & Test Data

Material Preparation

IROGRAN® PS455-200 is supplied pre-dried, however to ensure trouble-free processing it is preferable to dry before use. The recommended drying conditions are:

  • 4 hours at 60°C in dehumidified air
  • Dew point: -30°C

Storage & Handling

Storage Information

IROGRAN® PS455-200 has a minimum expected shelf life of 12 months after shipment date. The product should be stored in a dry and cool place in the manufacturers original packaging.
