    Features

JEFFADD® MW-740 is a amine that can be used in water-miscible metalworking formulations. These amines should be added in combination with other water-soluble components. For formulation into emulsifiable oil and semi- synthetic formulations, emulsifier package may need adjustment. For some formulations containing a sodium sulfonate as the primary emulsifier, formulation viscosity may increase, adding a glycol ether can help to reduce the viscosity.

    Benefits

    • Inherently low foaming
    • Easily formulated
    • High total alkalinity
    • Excellent for multi-metal
    • Versatile
    • Low to mild staining on aluminum
    • Good ferrous corrosion protection
