JEFFADD®

JEFFADD® AS76 Aldehyde Scavenger is the latest addition to our aldehyde scavenger product family. This innovative product effectively helps reduce formaldehyde emissions without compromising the acetaldehyde content or the overall emissions of the final polyurethane foam. The product widens the processing window for various polyurethane foam systems incorporating MDI, TDI, and various blend ratios of the mentioned isocyanates.

JEFFADD® AS53 is a formulated aldehyde scavenger that can be used to reduce formaldehyde emissions in PU foam.

JEFFADD® MW-703 Amine is a polyetheramine with three primary amines used in water-miscible metalworking fluids. This polyetheramine enhances formulation performance in various types of cutting and forming fluids. Its low odor, viscosity, and vapor pressure make it easy to handle and use.

JEFFADD® MW-740 is a multi-functional specialty amine used in water-miscible metalworking formulations. These amines serve as sources of alkalinity, pH buffering, and improve corrosion inhibition.

JEFFADD® MW-750 is a multi-functional specialty amine used in water-miscible metalworking formulations. These amines serve as sources of alkalinity, pH buffering, and improve corrosion inhibition.

JEFFADD® MW-760 is a multi-functional specialty amine used in water-miscible metalworking formulations. This low-viscosity, odorless, and low-vapor pressure tertiary amine is inherently low-foaming and provides alkalinity. It should be combined with other water-soluble components and, when used in emulsifiable oil and semi-synthetic formulations, may require an adjusted emulsifier package. For formulations containing sodium sulfonate as the primary emulsifier, viscosity may increase, and adding a glycol ether can help reduce it.

JEFFADD® MW-781 Amine is a strong primary amine that has both hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties. This product combines surfactant activity with a low tendency to foam. The amine has a low viscosity and does not cause a viscosity increase in most formulations. Due to its vapor pressure, JEFFADD® MW-781 Amine may also be used in vapor-phase corrosion inhibitor formulations.

SURFONIC® OFD 300 functions as an intermediate fluid and lubricant, suitable for industrial applications, oil, gas, and mining, as well as paints and coatings. It incorporates amine technology, enhancing its effectiveness in various formulations and processes.
