Features
JEFFADD® MW-781 amine may be formulated in all water-miscible types. For incorporation into emulsifiable oil and semi-synthetic formulations, a lower HLB emulsifier may be needed. In some formulations, JEFFADD® MW-781 can be incorporated without the addition of more emulsifier. In a synthetic formulation, JEFFADD® MW-781 amine can improve tramp oil rejection and foaming when in combination with an EO/PO reverse block copolymer.
Benefits
- Strong primary amine
- Source of alkalinity
- Acts as a coupling agent
- Inherently low foaming
- Low to mild staining on aluminum
- Vapor phase corrosion inhibition
- Tramp oil rejection in fully synthetic formulations
- Excellent for fully synthetic cutting fluids
