JEFFCAT® LED103

JEFFCAT® LED103 is a reactive, acid-blocked, low-emissions, low-corrosion, and low-formaldehyde-containing gelling catalyst used in all types of flexible molded foams. In automotive applications, foams made with this catalyst exhibit lower vinyl staining, lower fogging, and lower emissions.

  • JEFFCAT® LED-103 amine catalyst is a blowing catalyst that was designed initially for use in all types and grades of flexible molded foams. Automobile seat cushions, backs and head rests have been made using this catalyst as a direct replacement for other commercially available blowing catalyst products.
  • Since JEFFCAT® LED-103 reacts into and stays within the polymer, any polyurethane foam facing an amine emissions or odor issue could benefit from its use.
