JEFFCAT®

JEFFCAT® LE-340 Catalyst is a novel amine catalyst designed for polyether flexible high-resiliency (HR) molded and slabstock polyurethane formulations for automotive foam applications. JEFFCAT® LE-340 Catalyst is a reactive gelling amine catalyst that combines low emission potential with low foam odor. JEFFCAT® LE-340 Catalyst is a unique gelling amine catalyst that supports the isocyanate-polyol gelling reaction in polyurethane formulated systems. It enables the production-scale manufacture of various automotive foam grades of polyether flexible HR molded and slabstock polyurethane foams across high and low-density ranges.

JEFFCAT® 283P is a liquid-form polyurethane catalyst used in bedding and furniture applications. It functions as an industrial additive, enhancing the curing and performance of materials used in these end uses.

JEFFCAT® S-117 is a strong, low-emission blowing amine catalyst blend, designed for low to medium-density rigid spray-formulated PU systems.

JEFFCAT® ZF-20 is a strong, efficient blowing catalyst used to promote foam formation for a variety of polyurethane applications.

JEFFCAT® LE-15 is reactive amine catalyst blend. This product strongly promotes the blowing reaction and is formulated to permit its easy introduction into polyurethane foam formulations.

JEFFCAT® DMP is an amine catalyst that provides a good balance of properties, offering excellent flowability and producing polyurethane foams with an open cell structure. JEFFCAT® Dimethylethanolamine (JEFFCAT® DMEA) is an essentially colorless, mobile liquid with an ammoniacal odor. It is used as a co-catalyst in flexible polyurethane slabstock foam to promote the gas-blowing reaction and is also effective in rigid and semiflexible foams. Due to its reactive hydroxyl group, it becomes an integral part of the foam, contributing no amine odor. Additionally, JEFFCAT DMEA can serve as an acid scavenger in formulations involving polymeric isocyanates.

JEFFCAT® LED-103 is a reactive, acid-blocked, low-emissions, low-corrosion, and low-formaldehyde-containing gelling catalyst used in all types of flexible molded foams. In automotive applications, foams made with this catalyst exhibit lower vinyl staining, lower fogging, and lower emissions.

JEFFCAT® TAP is a co-catalyst for polyurethane foams with an excellent final cure effect, helps gelation, and improves flowability.

JEFFCAT® LE-30 Catalyst is a novel amine catalyst designed for polyether and polyester flexible slabstock, closed-cell and open-cell rigid spray, non-spray, and viscoelastic polyurethane foam formulations for various applications. JEFFCAT® ZF-10 is an efficient blowing catalyst for use in foams requiring low emissions.
