• Easy to spray, reducing the risk of failure; both components have a similar low viscosity.
• Can be used on a compact and portable spray machine; The spray application of the system can be achieved at lower temperature (50 °C) and lower pressure (100 bar) than with standard polyurea systems. The system can be used for use on lower pressure, lightweight and compact spray equipment running on residential power and is ideal for touch-ups and small to medium projects.
• No waste; Filling weights of the two components is adjusted to their respective processability. Both drums empty simultaneously for an optimized consumption.
• Easy preparation; The resin drum is equipped with a larger opening to facilitate the stirring.

POLYRESYST® S3040 polyurea system is a differentiated high strength, lower reactivity and low viscosity two-component polyurea coating system, offering unique benefits:

In comparison with a standard polyurea system, both components of POLYRESYST® S3040 polyurea system have the same viscosity profile and reach a low viscosity as from 35° C.

As from 50° C, only 100 bar pressure is required to ensure a good impingement mixing resulting in the high end mechanical properties of polyurea systems.
