It offers low emissions, superior comfort, dynamic Advanced Comfort (AC), low hysteresis, exceptional vibration damping, and meets stringent humid-aging and extreme durability/fatigue requirements.

RUBIFLEX® HR AC fully formulated polyurethane system can provide an effective solution for the manufacture of moulded seat pads. This system includes a mix of polyol blend with SUPRASEC® diisocyanate which can offer high-performance.

Application Method

RUBIFLEX® HR AC system has been developed for usage on standard high pressure machines without the need of modification of current foaming processes.
