RUBIFLEX® Cocoon is a two-component polyurethane system developed for the production of batch-block flexible foam for bedding applications. The technology used in the RUBIFLEX® Cocoon BB2400 polyurethane system enables foam producers to combine the advantages of both High Resilience and Visco Elastic (memory) foams in one flexible foam. RUBIFLEX® H BIO foam systems support renewable content targets with up to 14% total soy content in the foam and enables customers to meet major automaker specifications for bio-content foam for headrests/armrests.

RUBIFLEX® HR AC is a high resiliency (HR), flexible foam technology designed for specialty molded seat pad applications. It offers low emissions, superior comfort, dynamic Advanced Comfort (AC), low hysteresis, exceptional vibration damping, and meets stringent humid-aging and extreme durability/fatigue requirements.

RUBIFLEX® HR LITE is a high resiliency (HR), flexible foam technology designed for low-density, molded seat backrest applications with robust processing requirements. The term "LITE" indicates its lightweight nature.

RUBIFLEX® HR SHD is a high resiliency (HR), super high density (SHD), flexible foam technology designed for thin profile, molded seat pad applications with robust processing requirements. This technology is only available in North America.
