SUPRASEC® 2954 is a complex mixture of molecules containing MDI isomers with different functionality. A SUPRASEC® is considered as pure when it contains mainly 4,4’-MDI and less than 2% of 2,4’ isomers. This is a mixture between pure, 2,4’ isomers and polymeric MDI. Different grades may have different ratio of this two. This is formed by mixing an excess of MDI with a polyol.

SUPRASEC® 9150 MDI Isocyanate is a member of the Liquid Pure MDI isocyanate family. These products have been modified to remain liquid at ambient temperatures. SUPRASEC® 9150 MDI Isocyanate is a modified diphenyl methane diisocyanate with a slight amber appearance. This product is designed as an alternative to di functional products such as pure 4,4MDI or materials containing elevated levels of 2,4MDI.When used as a precursor for a prepolymer, the resulting material may experience a slightly different performance with an identical B-Side resin. As a result, formulations may need minor adjustments to meet the end requirements.
