ARALDITE® ECN 1273 is a polyepoxide resin produced by reacting epichlorohydrin with an ortho-cresol formaldehyde novolac. The molecular weight of the novolac controls the resin’s molecular weight and functionality, which ranges from 2.5 to 5.5 reactive groups per molecule. E-GRADE® Choline Hydroxide is a clear aqueous solution with a high pH and a mild odor. It has a very low corrosion rate on copper and other metallic surfaces and has been demonstrated to effectively remove both positive and negative photoresists.
