Phenoxy™ PK HW-34 dispersion is a waterborne, anionically-stabilized, colloidal dispersion of PHENOXY resin PKHB designed for thermoset coatings and adhesives. The dispersion is a non-Newtonian fluid at room temperature and exhibits very slight thixotropic behavior. PHENOXY resins (polyhydroxyethers) are tough, ductile, amorphous, thermoplastic polymers having excellent thermal stability, adhesive strength, and vapor barrier properties. PHENOXY resins may be crosslinked by reacting its hydroxyl functional groups with isocyanates, melamine resins, or phenolic resins. Crosslinked PHENOXY resins exhibit excellent chemical resistance, hardness, and adhesion on many substrates including steel, aluminum, glass, carbon fibers, and plastics such as nylon and polyester (PET). The recommended level of crosslinking range from 5 to 20 phr based on resin solids.

PHENOXY™ PKHW 35 is a waterborne colloidal dispersion of Phenoxy resin for thermoset coatings and adhesives. It offers excellent thermal stability, adhesive strength, and vapor barrier properties. Crosslinked with isocyanates, melamine, or phenolic resins, it enhances chemical resistance and adhesion. Compatible with most waterborne polyurethanes and acrylics, it improves film hardness, dry-to-touch times, and gloss. Crosslinkers like isocyanates and epoxy silanes further enhance physical properties. Coatings exhibit excellent flexibility and surface hardness.

PHENOXY™ PKHW 38 is a waterborne, anionically-stabilized colloidal dispersion of PHENOXY™ resin PKHC for thermoset coatings and adhesives. It is a low-viscosity, non-Newtonian fluid at room temperature, offering excellent thermal stability, adhesive strength, and vapor barrier properties. Crosslinked with isocyanates, melamine, or phenolic resins, it provides strong chemical resistance, hardness, and adhesion to substrates like steel, aluminum, glass, carbon fibers, and plastics. Recommended crosslinking levels are 5-20 phr based on resin solids.

ROYOXY® RAA 3054 is compatible with epoxy resins and functions as an accelerator, catalyst, and curing agent in CASE (coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers) and plastics applications. It is not listed under California Proposition 65 and supports high-performance material processing

ROYOXY® RAA 3059 functions as an ACCELERATOR and catalyst in CASE ingredients and industrial additives. It is not listed under California Proposition 65, supporting applications where these functions are required.
