EPOCAST® 1635 A/B

EPOCAST® 1635-A/B epoxy syntactic is a two-component, high-performance material designed for refilling mis-drilled holes in composite parts. This aluminum-filled, high-viscosity system exhibits outstanding compressive strength and dynamic fatigue resistance under load at elevated temperatures. This product is qualified to BMS 5-28, Type 31.

Storage & Handling

Storage Conditions
  • EPOCAST® 1635 A/B should be stored in a dry place in the original sealed containers at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C (41°F and 77°F). After use, tightly reseal containers. Under these storage conditions, and when supplied under Huntsman standard certification, the product has a shelf life of 1 year (from date of manufacture). EPOCAST® 1635 A/B should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
  • Store with adequate ventilation, away from excessive heat, sources of ignition and reactive materials. Do not store near food or feed. Corrosive to copper and brass during long-term storage.
