  • Mix only that quantity which can be applied immediately after mixing.
  • Due to the very fast setting properties of Fastweld 10, hand mixing of the components should be avoided.
  • FASTWELD 10 is available in 50 mL twin cartridges.
  • For best results, Fastweld 10 should be dispensed using manual or pneumatic dispensing equipment through a 0.25 in diameter, 20 element static mixing nozzle (Nordson EFD #7701488 or equivalent).
  • For other mixing and application recommendations, please consult your local Huntsman Advanced Materials representative or one of our distributors.

Typical Physical Properties

Unless otherwise stated, the data were determined with typical production batches using standard test methods. They are typical values only, and do not constitute a product specification. The figures below were all determined by testing standard specimens made up by lap-joint 4 in x 1 in x 0.06 in (10 cm x 2.5 cm x 1.5 mm) strips of degreased and 100-grit abraded aluminum. The joint area was 0.5 x 1 in (12.5 mm x 2.5 cm) in each case. Samples were cured for 24 h at 77°F (25°C), unless a different cure is specified.
