ARALDITE® EPN 1180 MBC is distinguished by their associated REDcert2 certificate ensuring that 100% of the fossil raw materials required for the production of this product were replaced by sustainably certified biomass. In the rest of this document, ARALDITE® EPN 1179 or ARALDITE® EPN 1180 refers indifferently to both resins respectively.

ARALDITE® EPN 9850 is a low-viscosity epoxy phenol novolac resin designed for applications demanding high heat stability and excellent chemical resistance. It offers exceptional resistance to crystallization, even under extreme conditions.

ARALDITE® GZ 488 V 32 resin is a very high molecular weight epoxy resin solution. Since film forms without the use of hardener, it produces outstanding surface coatings by air or force drying. In addition, the high hydroxyl content of the resin permits reaction with urea-melamine, and phenol-formaldehyde crosslinking resins to produce excellent baking finishes. Coatings based on Araldite® GZ 488 V-32 resin exhibit excellent adhesion, flexibility. impact and abrasion resistance, and chemical and corrosion resistance.

ARALDITE® GZ 7488 V 40 is a solvent solution of a very high molecular weight epoxy resin. It forms a film without the use of a hardener, producing outstanding coatings through air or force drying. Additionally, its high hydroxyl content enables reactions with urea-melamine and phenol-formaldehyde crosslinking resins, resulting in excellent baking finishes. Coatings based on Araldite® GZ 7488 V-40 resin exhibit excellent adhesion, flexibility, impact and abrasion resistance, as well as chemical and corrosion resistance. A unique feature of this resin is its low degree of branching, which provides greater flexibility than the very high molecular weight Araldite® GZ 488 resin. Its more linear structure also results in higher solids content compared to the Araldite® GZ 488 V-32 resin solution.

ARALDITE® LY 3512 is a liquid resin used in chemical manufacturing, fluids, lubricants, industrial coatings, and printing applications. It functions as an intermediate, monomer, binder, and resin. It is insoluble in water, providing reliable performance in various industrial processes.

ARALDITE® PY 307-1 epoxy resin is an unmodified, low-viscosity epoxy phenol novolac resin recommended for solvent-free and high-solids coatings. Having an average functionality greater than two, it is a true multifunctional epoxy resin. Due to this functionality, it provides a high crosslink density when properly cured with a variety of hardeners. Thus, coatings based on Araldite®PY 307-1 epoxy resin exhibit excellent chemical and thermal resistance, superior to coatings based on conventional epoxy resins. Araldite®PY 307-1 epoxy resin is also compatible in all proportions with liquid bisphenol-A and bisphenol-F epoxy resins, providing possibilities for formulating solvent-free and high solids coatings.

Aminopropylmonomethylethanolamine (APMMEA) is a clear, low viscosity liquid with a high flash point and mild odor. It provides optimum pH control, emulsion stability, and enhanced pigment dispersion, making it ideal for low odor paint formulations. Its low freezing point (-40°C) improves freeze-thaw stability.
