RUBIFLEX® Batchblock Bedding is a polyurethane flexible foam designed for use in mattresses and pillows. Its flexible foam technology ensures comfort and support for a restful sleep experience.

RUBIFLEX® Cocoon is a two-component polyurethane system developed for the production of batch-block flexible foam for bedding applications. The technology used in the RUBIFLEX® Cocoon BB2400 polyurethane system enables foam producers to combine the advantages of both High Resilience and Visco Elastic (memory) foams in one flexible foam. It provides comfort benefits to end users and significant processing and supply chain benefits to manufacturers.

RUBIFLEX® Cocoon technology is a polyurethane flexible foam that incorporates both flexible and memory foam types. Suitable for mattress topper pads, mattresses, pillows, and seats, it offers durability, good compression set, resilience, and viscoelastic properties for optimal comfort.

RUBIFLEX® Gradient Hardness™ Polyurethane System can provide seat foam with very good initial softness and high support from firmer lower layers for long-term comfort. Poured in a single shot, the RUBIFLEX® Gradient Hardness™ Polyurethane System uses the same types of tools, molds, and processes as conventional seating foam to deliver a softer top and firmer bottom in a single molded pad.

RUBIFLEX® H is a semi-flexible foam technology designed for molded cut-and-sew head restraint, armrest, and console applications with robust processing requirements.

RUBIFLEX® H BIO foam systems support renewable content targets with up to 14% total soy content in the foam and enables customers to meet major automaker specifications for bio-content foam for headrests/armrests.

RUBIFLEX® H FIP is a semi-flexible foam technology for molded Foam-In-Place (FIP), foam-in-fabric, and foam-on-a-stick applications, designed for head restraint, armrest, and console applications with robust processing requirements.

RUBIFLEX® HR BIO is a high resiliency (HR), flexible foam technology designed for molded seat pad applications with renewable resource content (BIO) requirements.

RUBIFLEX® HR FIP is a high resiliency (HR), flexible foam technology designed for molded Foam-In-Place (FIP) seat pad applications with robust processing requirements.

RUBIFLEX® HR LE is designed for use in composite seats. It features cleanable, lightweight, pressure-sensitive, and shock-absorbent materials, functioning effectively as resins, binders, and matrix materials for enhanced performance.

RUBIFLEX® HR LITE is a high resiliency (HR), flexible foam technology designed for low-density, molded seat backrest applications with robust processing requirements. The term "LITE" indicates its lightweight nature.

RUBIFLEX® HR VP is a high resiliency (HR), flexible foam technology designed for specialty molded seat pad applications. It offers low emissions, superior comfort, low hysteresis, exceptional vibration damping performance (VP), and meets stringent humid-aging requirements.

RUBIFLEX® HR SHD is a high resiliency (HR), super high density (SHD), flexible foam technology designed for thin profile, molded seat pad applications with robust processing requirements. This technology is only available in North America.
