ARALDITE® DY T

ARALDITE® DY T is a reactive diluent that can be used in combination with unmodified liquid epoxy resins such as Araldite® GY 6010, Araldite® GY 282, or Araldite® EPN 9850 to prepare low-viscosity epoxy systems. These systems are suitable for formulating solvent-free coatings, flooring, and mastics. The reactive diluent content in the resin system should not exceed 20%.

Precautions

  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing
  • Avoid breathing vapor, mist or spray
  • Use only with good ventilation
  • Remove wet contaminated clothing and wash before re-use.
  • Destroy contaminated leather and absorbent shoes.
  • Wash thoroughly after handling.

First Aid: In case of contact

  • Eyes: Immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Get immediate medical attention.
  • Skin: Promptly wash thoroughly with mild soap and water.
  • Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Give oxygen if breathing is difficult.
  • Ingestion: If conscious, give plenty of water. Get immediate medical attention.

Storage & Handling

Shelf Life Information
  • The product has a shelf life of at least two years when stored in a cool, dry area in the original sealed container. Keep container closed to prevent moisture absorption and contamination.
