Aminopropylmorpholine (APM) is an alkylalkanol amine typically used as an epoxy ACCELERATOR or curing agent. It also serves as an intermediate in coatings applications.

E-GRADE® Choline Hydroxide is a clear aqueous solution with a high pH and a mild odor. It has a very low corrosion rate on copper and other metallic surfaces and has been demonstrated to effectively remove both positive and negative photoresists. The product is an effective replacement for TMAH and is available in higher concentrations than TMAH in both water and organic solvents (for R&D). The combination of low corrosion rates, photoresist removal, etching, and lower toxicity makes E-GRADE® Choline Hydroxide an effective, safer-to-handle alternative to TMAH in next-generation semiconductor cleans, with performance enhancements such as faster photoresist removal rates and selective metal removal rates.

Diethylenetriamine (DETA) is a linear ethyleneamine containing two primary nitrogens and one secondary nitrogen. DETA is a single-component product that is clear and colorless, with an ammonia-like odor.

Diglycolamine® Agent (DGA® Agent) is slightly viscous liquid with a mild amine odor. DGA agent is miscible with water, alcohols, and aromatic hydrocarbons, but is relatively immiscible with aliphatic hydrocarbons and ethyl ether. The product is isometric with diethanolamine; however, the primary amine group makes it more reactive.

Ethylene Diamine (EDA) is the lowest molecular weight ethyleneamine. It contains two primary nitrogens. EDA is a singlecomponent product that is clear and colorless, with an ammonia-like odor.

Ethyleneamine E-100 is a mixture of tetra-ethylene-pent-amine (TEPA), penta-ethylene-hexamine (PEHA), hexa-ethylene-heptamine (HEHA), and higher molecular weight products. E-100 is a complex mixture of various linear, cyclic, and branched products with a number-average molecular weight of 250-300 g/mole.

JEFFSOL® AG 1555 carbonate is 40 CFR 180.950 and List 4A (minimal risk classification) approved for use in agricultural pesticide formulations. It is a clear, mobile, hygroscopic liquid at room temperature. This product is an excellent solvent for many organic and inorganic materials. It offers excellent performance as an adjuvant enhancement agent in agricultural pesticide formulations. JEFFSOL AG 1555 carbonate can be used as a formulation component for tank mix adjuvants and as a solvent/co-solvent in emulsifiable and microemulsifiable concentrate formulations.

JEFFSOL® Ethylene Carbonate (JEFFSOL® EC) is a low-melting, practically odorless and colorless solid. It serves as an excellent solvent for many organic and inorganic materials in applications such as surface coatings, dyes, fibers, plastics, and batteries. It is also a reactive intermediate for selective alkoxylation, transesterification, and carbamate formation.
