Poured in a single shot, the RUBIFLEX® Gradient Hardness™ Polyurethane System uses the same types of tools, molds, and processes as conventional seating foam to deliver a softer top and firmer bottom in a single molded pad.

RUBIFLEX® MDI is designed for use in composite seats. It functions as a thermoset resin, serving as a binder and matrix material to enhance durability and performance in various applications.

RUBINATE® 1234 is a member of the Low Functionality Prepolymer isocyanate family. These materials are produced from the reaction of a standard MDI material with selected polyester polyols to provide certain characteristics for use in the production of two-component polyurethane products. RUBINATE 1234 MDI is a polyester-based prepolymer with a controlled low acidity. This will allow the formulator to adjust the resin blend to reach a specific reaction profile.
