JEFFCAT® LE30 Catalyst is a novel amine catalyst designed for polyether and polyester flexible slabstock, closed-cell and open-cell rigid spray, non-spray, and viscoelastic polyurethane foam formulations for various applications. JEFFCAT® LE30 Catalyst has a higher boiling point and lower volatility than conventional non-reactive blowing amine catalysts, resulting in lower polyurethane foam emissions. JEFFCAT® LE30 Catalyst is a patented, non-reactive, low-emission blowing amine catalyst. It is a potent blowing amine catalyst that supports the isocyanate-water blowing reaction in polyurethane foams. This versatile blowing amine catalyst enables the production-scale manufacture of various grades of polyether and polyester flexible slabstock, closed-cell and open-cell rigid spray, non-spray, and viscoelastic polyurethane foams over high and low-density ranges using various forms of blowing agents and conventional machine processes.
